Get ready to dig into a day of seeds, sustainability, and community! Urban Bounty invites you to Richmond’s annual Seedy Saturday, a celebration of local seeds, growers and anyone curious about cultivating a greener future.
Join us for a community seed swap, explore informational booths, enjoy fun children’s activities, and take part in educational workshops and talks led by local experts. Whether you’re a beginner gardener or a seasoned seed saver, there’s something for everyone!
This event supports Urban Bounty’s Seed Security Program, helping grow a more resilient, local food network through our community Seed Library and seed-saving initiatives.

Workshop Cancellation Policy
Workshops can only run if there are enough participants.
If there is low registration for a workshop, Urban Bounty will cancel the workshop no later than 1 week before the workshop date and participants will receive a full refund. We appreciate your support in spreading the word so we can ensure all our workshops run as planned.
Workshop Refund Policy
Unfortunately we do not offer ticket refunds if you are unable to attend a workshop. You are welcome to give your ticket to someone else who can attend the workshop in your place. Otherwise, your ticket fees will go directly to supporting the facilitator and Urban Bounty’s workshop programming. We appreciate your understanding.
